Shipping policy

Customers are 100% responsible for all shipping costs. LizzyAle's Southern Meadows Studio is not responsible once it leaves the warehouse.

We are not responsible for any delays once it's in the courier's hands (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) such as (any type of weather, traffic jams, traffic accidents) and so on.

You will be provided a tracking number and it's your responsibility to keep track of your product. There will be insurance up to ONE HUNDRED dollars on your product. Once again, it will be your RESPONSIBILITY to keep track of your order and if the product is lost, you will have to file the correct paperwork through the carrier that we use. In most cases it's the USPS.
